Whichever room you choose, the whole house is yours to enjoy. Minimum stay: two nights.

Guest questions

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Every guest is welcomed with a mint tea.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, two nights.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A Moroccan breakfast is served on the rooftop every morning from 08:00 to 10:00: freshly made eggs, msemen, bread, local spreads, fresh juice and coffee or tea. Lunch (120 MAD) and dinner (180 MAD) are available on request.
Do you offer yoga and surf lessons?
Yes. Rooftop yoga classes are 150 MAD per person, and group surf lessons are 350 MAD per person, board and wetsuit included. Banana Point is 1.2 km down the hill.
How do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?
We accept cash (MAD or EUR) and bank transfer, and a 30% deposit confirms your booking. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival; cancellations within 7 days, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes. Agadir Al Massira Airport is about 45 minutes away, and a private transfer costs 350 MAD per car each way. Just send us your flight details.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children under 3 stay free when sharing their parents’ bed, and a baby cot is available in our premium rooms on request. We don’t have extra beds, and the shared dorm is for guests aged 18 and over.
Can I smoke, or bring my pet?
Smoking is allowed on the rooftop only, and we’re unable to accept pets.
Do you offer long-stay or group rates?
Yes. Contact us for a personalised offer for long stays and groups, or see our retreat page to book the whole house.
